HOW DOES CBX CLEAN UP SOLID WASTE?

CBX works QUICKLY and NATURALLY to degrade solid waste. This process not only eliminates solid waste build-up, but also helps eliminate obnoxious odors.

CBX contains a combination of specialized enzymes, organic acids, natural buffers, natural surfactants and a broad range of beneficial microbial families. These 5 organically based biologically active systems get immediate results, breaking down starch and complex carbohydrates to energize beneficial bacterial replication, eliminating the odor and solid waste. By treating restrooms with CBX, the odors, frequency of pumping, and sewer maintenance are significantly reduced.

The diagram below depicts how a typical high use vault evaporator restroom untreated would perform compared to one treated with CBX. The CBX treated restroom, on the right, was treated over a 2 year period of time and shows little to no odor, no pumping and no water added.

This case study took place at Sanctuary at Westworld Golf Course in Scottsdale Arizona. T.J. Winzeler CGS at Sanctuary said, “regular monthly additions of a biological product CBX has completely eliminated the need to pump. We simply add CBX with a small amount of water while cleaning. The CBX completely eliminates any waste and or odor. The byproduct is water that simply evaporates into the atmosphere.”* With just 8 ounces of CBX monthly, Sanctuary Golf Course showed how an odorous restroom can become a clean, user friendly, low maintenance restroom with CBX. Similar results were found at the New York State Parks in Albany, where after 2 months application of CBX in their high volume facilities they noticed no odor.

WHAT IS CBX ?

CBX has developed a unique reputation for its flexibility and effectiveness in numerous applications including solid waste clean up. Evidence shows when CBX’s biologically active, organically based systems of specific beneficial microbes and bacteria are introduced into restrooms, the large amounts of high carbon waste are consumed as a microbial food source eliminating solids and odor.

CBX works. When CBX is added to restrooms it immediately begins breaking down solid waste. The microbes are assisted by the enzymes, bacteria and other ingredients in the bioremediation process.

We don't mask the problem, we treat the source! By treating restrooms with CBX, the odors, frequency of waste removal, and sewer maintenance are significantly reduced.

CBX will begin to completely consume the water pollutionreducing it to harmless, non-offensive carbon dioxide, water and degradable fatty acids. This lowers the BOD (biological oxygen demand), COD (chemical oxygen demand), TSS (total suspended solids) and the O&G (oil and grease) entering into the sanitation system. This means fewer solids, odor elimination and reduced line maintenance and efficient evaporation. The aerobic conditions generated by CBX also are able to tolerate high temperatures and Ph, so there is no loss of performance in extreme conditions. In most applications, the reduction in sewer maintenance costs and pumping requirements alone will pay for a full year of CBX within 3 to 6 months.
